Danielle Sue Jordan is an emerging screenwriter for television and film, bringing a rich and expansive background in performance and storytelling to her work on the page. After more than two decades as a professional actor, director, and choreographer, Danielle has built a career rooted in character-driven narratives, emotional truth, and a deep understanding of how stories connect with audiences.

Her experience spans Broadway, national tours, and regional theatre, where she performed in a wide range of productions from classic musicals to contemporary works. This time on stage—inhabiting complex characters and collaborating in diverse creative environments—shaped her instinct for dialogue, pacing, and human behavior. In addition to performing, Danielle has directed and choreographed multiple productions, further honing her ability to craft narrative arcs and guide storytelling from concept to completion.

Now turning her focus to writing for the screen, Danielle is developing original projects for television and film that center on layered characters and meaningful human experiences. She is currently working on a television pilot, The Chaplain, which explores the lives of hospital chaplains navigating faith, grief, and humanity on the front lines of care. Her feature romantic comedy, The Christmas Tree Decorator, blends heart, humor, and holiday charm, while her upcoming Untitled Mini-Series continues her exploration of character-driven storytelling across long-form narrative.

Drawing from a lifetime in the performing arts, Danielle approaches screenwriting with a unique perspective—bridging performance and writing to create stories that are both emotionally grounded and visually compelling.
